The purest of champagnes
This green cuvée is made from grapes that have been cultivated organically, with no herbicides or other chemical treatments, and using only treatments authorized under the organic agriculture regulations.
Vinification is also very natural, with no added sulphur (the only additive authorized in wine production). This gives more aromatic complexity and the wine is easier to digest.
This is a feel-good wine to be drunk for pleasure. But watch out, as this champagne can be slightly intoxicating!
Cuvée CEP Extra Brut
A blend of one third each of organic Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from Moussy.
This is a non-vintage (NV) blend with 3 years on the lees. The yields were very low, thus no dosage was needed and intense carbonation protects the wine to which no SO2 was added. Despite the obvious lees characteristics, the purity of fruit flavors dominate beautifully.
